Charter Schools Human Resources Department: Completed application, vita, copies of all teaching and professional certificates, copies of all college transcripts, signed reference forms, and completed criminal history record information addendum form.*
The HGACS is required by Texas Education Code § 22.083 to obtain criminal history information on applications for employment.*
Have you ever pled guilty or nolo contender to, or been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, regardless of the disposition (i.e., an actual sentence, a suspended sentence, deferred adjudication, probation, etc.)? “Moral turpitude” is defined as anything done knowingly that is contrary to justice, honest, principle, or good morals.*
